I chose to use the privacy fencing to wrap my deck. Needed a quick and inexpensive fix for a hideous eyesore before I threw my daughters dinner at our home. The owner isn’t putting money in to replace and only minor repairs to the deck, so I wrapped it. When the hibachi chef made it to my home he was impressed by the layout. The fencing is strong and through some tough weather it’s proven worthy so far. I would recommend this item for durability and multiple use factors. Glimpses of deck were taken during set up for the dinner, as you can see the the fencing blends into the decor. It was a beautiful night! Glad this item was available.I have two gates on either side of my house. One is solid and the other a iron gate you can see thru from the street. I want privacy from both. This fits the bill. I covered the back with this green screen and the front of this iron gate has the one with the leaves. The problem with the one with leaves is that the wind takes them off over time and leaves no cover (I find the leaves all over my yard). With this new windscreen on the back it (1) blocks the wind that takes off the leaves and I hope that will keep them there longer which gives a nice look to the gate from the front, (2) I chose the GREEN windscreen and it actually gives more green background to the cover in the front with leaves and actually makes them look like there are more leaves, and (3) provides the privacy I wanted and no one can see into my yard now.I can't comment on the length of time this screen will last as it's only been on for about a month. But, I will say that the size was perfect and there were plenty of grommets. The hem and sewing looks sturdy. I will have to see how many hot summers it will take and if it will survive the wind. I live in the high desert and we get hot, dry summers and windy evenings. So far, so good.So happy with this product that I ordered another one for, if and when, this one degrades. It was very easy to install on my gate with the zip ties I already had.What did I dislike? Hmm That it was really hot outside when I was installing it with my wife's assistance.Look, you unfold it and lay it out on the ground by the fence.Tie down the end down in the corner end of the fence and then pull it tight at the other end.Use the black plastic ties through the eyeholes along the top and bottom.Starting the plastic ties at the bottom and then pull it up tight at the top and tie it there.It took about 2 1/2 hours to install two 50' pieces. Looks so good when we finished.Oh yeah, we installed it on our side of the chain link fence to protect it from our neighbors' dogs.Easy to install and made with good quality products. Looks great on my cyclone fence with the added privacy feature!It is a long screen and easy to install. It fit almost my whole fence. Only thing is it is see through but not a lot. You can’t see through from far away only closeup.It was everything they advertised and moreVery sturdy. The metal grommets seem sturdy. Had this screen for a month and has held up to the strong winds in NY. So far I’ve used the weed eater near it and hasn’t damaged it thou I’m sure when the sun weakens it over the years it may get damaged but so far holds up to strong winds and occasional weed eater hitting it. Great at minimizing the ability to see thru it which is wonderful and still allows wind to flow thru it. Pay close attention to the length options. I didn’t realize they come in a multitude of lengths and so I was able to better order the right length that I need without being short or have an excess amount which is wonderful.Received and installed same day. We have 100% coverage between our neighbours and us now. We bought 2 as we read some reviews that it wasn't a 100% privacy view. Well let me tell ya with 2 (installed together ) we now have 100% privacy. The neighbours would have to press their faces tight against the fence while moving around in a weird pattern to see even a hint of what is happening in my yard now. Love it. It arrived sooner then they said it would; Thank you.Update: Year one since we bought the windscreen for our fence and it held up over our Alberta, Canada winter like a trooper still looks amazing and didn't shred from wind at all. Amazing craftsmanship and materials used.Cheap crap. I waited way too long and paid way too much for all the bent/broken eyelets and rips on the seam. If you're as lucky as the reviewer below who only paid $50 its not a bad deal I guess. I paid well over $100 and wish I never had. Not sturdy. Not impressed.Exactly as advertised. It’s not totally opaque with one layer, but doubled up you can’t see a thing through it. I was worried it would just look like a cheap tarp, but you’ll be surprised how sleek it looks when you pull it taught along your fence. I’ll update this review in the future when I know how well it holds up...Easy to install and as other reviews read, it does the job. Definitely provides more privacy however I am buying a second to put on top to have complete blackout privacy. Overall very good product. A little overpriced but will see how long it lasts!I purchased this for privacy and to help mine and my neighbours dogs from seeing/barking at each other. It has helped a bit but I had to double it up because 1 is too transparent. 2 is good for privacy. It was quite easy to set up but some of the grommets didn’t match up on the 2 screens but it worked anyway.
